When you increase a limit, a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period applies before the higher limit becomes active. This delay is intentional: it gives you time to reconsider an impulsive decision to increase your spend.

If you have not set a deposit limit, a default platform-level limit may apply based on your account tier and verification status. A time-out is a short-term break from gambling. During a time-out period:

All promotional communications — including bonus offers, BPL cricket promotions, Eid specials, and seasonal campaigns — will be suppressed to your registered email and phone number for the entire duration of your exclusion.
